A 2D-Isometric horror game made for the Screamology Jam with a one week constraint. You play as an investigator in the 1800’s, called to stop a demonic ritual. As you explore, you find the ritual’s already been completed, and the house itself seems set against you. The rooms are shifting, you’re unable to leave - You have no choice but to try and undo the ritual itself to escape. If you can!
For this project, I acted as producer and lead designer, focused on overall function, light system, level design, and puzzle functionality. I designed the gameplay loop of collecting items to contribute to gesture-based puzzles. I also led art efforts, designing each room and the assets required for each, and build requirements alongside our narrative designer to art for what needed to be in each scene.
Overall given the one week constraint I’m quite happy with the result!
